We lead each project step-by-step, from A to Z:

Pre-study of the project, in collaboration with your technical department

  • We analyse the mechanical requirements
  • We select the adequate Chinese equivalent material
  • We determine the manufacturing process and submit our best quotation to your buyer

 

Prototype manufacturing

  • We monitor the manufacturing of the toolings: mould, gauge, machining tools…
  • We inspect and validate the prototype according to your technical requirements
  • We sent the samples to your company for final validation

 

Batch production

  • We set up a quality oriented production process in order to guarantee that the manufactured batch will be at 100% compliant according to  the validated prototype.
  • Regular factory visits are done in order to guarantee the process is in line with our goal to produce 100% conformed parts.

 

Final control

  • A final control is made to check that quantities and batch is 100% compliant with your requirements.

 

Logistic

  • We follow up the order and handle import & export procedures until you receive the goods
